You can claim instant win food prizes in any McDonalds restaurant, but to claim Collect & Win or other Instant Win prizes, you need to scan your codes in the MyMaccas app, and follow the instructions given.
Most instant wins will just direct you to fill out a form on a website but if you win one of the top prizes, you may need to get in touch with the team at McDonalds to claim your prize. But the app will tell you everything.
